Vbarre is a fusion of classical ballet, Pilates, and resistance training. The Vbarre method is designed to challenge the participant with dynamic movement and calorie blasting cardio. Vbarre method instruction utilizes a ballet barre, bands, ball, and glide board. Instructors will learn form and flout keep the body aligned correctly and participants moving safely.

The Vbarre BURN follows an approach that is safe, progressive, and organized. Each part of the BURN class follows a specific order of exercises designed to warm up, strengthen, challenge, and stretch the body in a specific manner. Vbarre BURN is designed to focus on Part 2- Standing Sculpt, with additional Glide Board exercises and cardio intervals.

The Vbarre BLEND workout follows a format that is safe, progressive, and organized. Incorporating Pilates mat work, the class has 5 sections with 62 total exercises. Each section of Vbarre BLEND follows a progression of movement patterns that is designed to systematically warm up, strengthen, challenge, and stretch, giving the body a balanced workout.

Vbarre BOOTCAMP is designed as a non-stop interval based workout. By merging Vbarre with intervals of calorie blasting cardio and work on the Pilates equipment Tower, this workout will deliver a total body challenge.

Plies, lunges, squats, and gliding motions are all major movements in Vbarre. This workshop will outline some general guidelines and provide helpful modifications to follow that will allow clients with knee issues to participate safely in your class.
Chisel your middle and flatten your belly with Vbarre AbSculpt. This workout targets the core with Pilates inspired exercises that hit the abdominals from every angle leaving you looking long and lean.
In this workshop, we explore creative ways to utilize the resistance band to build in additional options for the mat section of the Vbarre workout. These exercises were adapted from the various Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer and Tower. We will take a look at each exercise individually to break down the technique and at the end we will put it all together as a full workout.
